This was from the last night of Chanukah.🕎 What a blessing to have our youngest son home, visiting during the holidays.🩵💙 Making homemade potato latkes (pancakes) from scratch on Chanukah has been a special tradition in our family since our sons were little. 🕎 🥔 It’s one of our favorite things to do together every year during the holidays. I love making a healthier version with sweet potatoes and coconut flour instead of white flour.🍠 We use avocado oil and all organic products, of course.
