CO-OP BANK TO ACQUIRE CIBC FIRSTCARIBBEAN Managing director of the Grenada cooperative bank Richard Duncan says the significance of the acquisition of FCIB First Caribbean is in being a locally owned and managed financial institution which has developed its capacity to the point of competing and acquiring another entity.
